2. WELDING CONTROLLER CS-05

This welding controller was developed for spot (projection) and other special welding with different diagrams. It is built with a keyboard integrated in the front panel.
Main features

  • Phase shift control for welding current setup.
  • Storage of 99 different welding programs.
  • Programming by 16 buttons.
  • LCD Display.
  • 2 (optionally 3) solenoid valve 24Vdc 7.2W for pneumatic circuit.
  • Welding diagram for spot and projection welding (2 currents and more times).
  • Counter for executed spot.
  • Optionally RS 485 allows connecting with a computer for programming and other functions.
  • Direct drives thiristors until 700A.
